Thanks a million for this incredible recording. Vickers' interpretation of Samson is famous and well documented . Horne as an unexpected Dalila is quite amazing: she was a fabulous singer, excellent technician and fantastic musician. Not to say about Fournet that I saw conducting many times: one of the best French conductors indeed.
